Francis

I don't remember how I came across the musical greatness that is Francis and the Lights, but what I do know is that I'm very glad I DID! Francis and the Lights is a New York based band fronted by Francis Farewell Starlite [I've heard that the Lights are his band but also a reference to the lights behind them when the group performs]. If you like good quality music then you can appreciate this group. The instrumentation in their music is fresh and beautiful, allowing the sound of every song to help envision the very thoughts of Francis Starlite. The FUNK released by the guitar in their song Striking is magical.....I can't help but groove whenever I hear it. I've heard that their live performances are an experience in themselves. Soon, I hope I will be able to verify whether this is true or not [I'm sure its MORE than true].
