The Babysitters

So now that I have the Roku box I use Netflix a lot more and I told myself I would watch random movies that looked interesting. So recently I came across the Babysitters and thought it was a pretty good choice. The basic summary of the flick is a girl starts having an affair with the Husband of a couple she babysits for. The husband tells his friend and his friend asks if the babysitter has more friends who would like to "Babysit" and it turns into a prostitution ring. Of course it gets Cray Cray, as expected but the ending is kinda like Dammmmnnnnnnnn SON, which made the whole movie worth while. Honestly after I was done with high school, I sometimes looked back on it and thought "I really should have started a prostitution ring." So many girls were just having sex with any and everybody, they could have at least got something out of it like a cute new leather jacket. It's really the simple things! LOL

Do you ROKU?

I bought a Roku box and I love it. It's basically a magical box that let's you use streaming services on any tv. Roku makes any tv a SMART TV (you know, the ones with all the apps). I watch netflix, huluPlus, listen to Pandora annnnnnd since I have the Angry Birds edition....I CAN PLAY ANGRY BIRDS ON THE TV (I don't though :-/). All in all it was a fantastic purchase and I'm very happy with it. I would recommend a Roku for all those ppl who don't have game consoles to stream from. Get your ROKU on!

Happy Valentine's Day to ALLLLLLLLLLLL! As you know this is one of my favorite holidays and no matter how long it's been since I've blogged, I plan to ALWAYS put out a VDay mix. The titles of this two part mix are Old Love and New Love. As I'm sure you can guess one mix is filled with some Oldies but Goodies, and then the other is packed with more current tunes. There are 14 tracks on each mix (in honor of the 14th day) but I'm not providing a track list, for it will be a mystery until you have downloaded and are ready to get in the zone. Fafi Sighting

I don't have like a list of "My Favorite Artists" but if I did, Fafi would be on it. Her artwork stands out & on my daily trip to YOUHEARDTHATNEW.COM, there was a Fafi sighting. The video for "Do! Do! Do!" by Carte Blanch ft. Kid Sister was featured on the site and the cartoon used looked awfully familiar to me. So I did some GOOGLING and found that Fafi was definitely involved in the visuals. TEENAGE DREAM

I love Pop music! I used to listen to N*SYNC, Hanson, The Spice Girls and a whooooole bunch of other singers/groups just like them. Its just Good/Fun music. This album isn't "NEW" new, but if u know me then u know it takes a WHILE for me to get around to listening to some things. Recently I finally listened to ALL of Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream". And boyyyyy do I LOVE IT! She has some great beats, good lyrics and she is sangin' her A$$ off on them tracks! I would advise anyone who likes Katy Perry, Pop music or just GOOD MUSIC to get ahold of this album and take a good listen. ENJOY

After the first year I began this blog, I told myself I would blog everyday. As you can see.....THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED! LOL So I'm implementing Project 365 as of NOW. I'm going to try and get my blog post count for the year of 2010 up to 365. I now have 31 days to DO SO, & hopefully I will SUCCEED! And then I will make the same GOAL for 2011, with better hope!
